INTRO
Our structure consists of 3 small but cosy flats, located on the first floor of a building about 100 metres from the walls of San Gimignano. The Giovanna flat has been recently renovated, has 2 bedrooms and a kitchen with air conditioning (a total of 3 splits), a large bathroom and a small storage room where there is a washing machine and it is equipped with 3 satellite TVs with international channels.
Guests have the entire flat at their disposal with use of the kitchen and bathroom.
The tourist tax is not included in the price. It is paid at check-in. The price is € 1.50 per person per night for a maximum of 5 nights, children under 12 are exempt.

The apartment has been renovated a few years ago (bathroom Jenuary 2024) and is located on the first floor of a very quiet building about 100 metres from the centre. If you follow the street you will be in the heart of the city in about 5 minutes. Parking is available free of charge about 100 metres from the apartment. The accommodation is equipped, as mentioned, with 3 satellite TVs (one in each room and one in the kitchen) with USB input, one of which is a smart TV of the latest generation, connected to the network, where you can watch the most popular applications such as Netflix, YouTube, Infinity, Tim vision, etc... As mentioned above, it consists of 2 large rooms and an air-conditioned kitchen. There is a large bathroom and a small storage room with a washing machine. All the apartments are equipped with Wifi with TIM 100 Mbps fibre. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette with a standard electric oven, microwave and toaster. In the apartment you will also find an iron and ironing board, fans, sheets, blankets, towels, hairdryer, soap, shower gel, dishes and everything else you need for your stay. As mentioned above, the proximity to the village and the possibility of parking without having to leave the car in the various paid car parks make it very convenient. From here you can easily reach all the most important places in Tuscany, such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, Montecatini Terme, Volterra, etc. The bus stop for the main Tuscan towns is just a few dozen metres away.
